We deploy methods such as FEA with probabilistic techniques to simulate realistic operating environments and to account for variations in manufacturing tolerances. Our computer resources can handle some of the most demanding simulations. We are also ITAR compliant enabling us to work on Defense related projects.

Skills

We utilize state-of-the-art commercial software across multiple domains including: Mechanical |Thermal | Fluids & Electrical. We are experts at customizing LabVIEW to create simulated device prototypes, architect new algorithms and identifying parameters for optimal system performance. For mechanical design projects, we use parametric CAD and CAE systems to reach desired solutions.

Device Analytics has the capabilities to develop custom software solutions in C/C++, VHDL and LabVIEW to automate and integrate simulations into the design process.
